Thank you for your purchase. We value you as a client and realize that your satisfaction is crucial to earning your future business and your referrals. At Gullo’s we strive to provide exceptional quality plant material.

Warranties

Our plants are guaranteed 100% for a period of one year from the time of purchase. Plants are guaranteed to be disease and insect-free, and in a healthy state at the time of sale. This warranty includes all trees and shrubs sold by Gullo’s Garden Center. Please keep in mind that plants are living objects and require varying degrees of care and maintenance, which is the customer’s responsibility upon sale. Please use our resources available on this site and in-store to ensure their success.

Conditions

  • Occasionally plants will not survive the process of transplanting. We will gladly replace them at no charge.
  • Should you start noticing plant decline such as wilting, leaf drop, discoloration, insect infestation, etc, stop in, call or email us immediately. This allows us to quickly determine possible causes of plant stress and recommend solutions.
  • Warranty is valid for one replacement. Replacement plants are not warrantied.

Exclusions

  • Plants that are damaged or die as a result of vandalism, or acts of nature, including hail, ice storms, snow damage, and severe early and late-season freezes.
  • Plants that are damaged or die as a result of improper cultural practices such as over or under watering, improper fertilization, damage from chemical application, and salt damage.
  • Plants that are damaged or die as a result of insect infestation or disease.
  • Plants that are transplanted.
  • Animal or human damage.
  • Excluded plants such perennials, rose bushes and rose trees, as well as annuals, mums, and tropicals that are not designated winter hardy.

Our plants are guaranteed 100% for a period of one year from the time of installation. Plants are guaranteed to be disease and insect-free, and in a healthy state at the time of planting. This warranty includes all trees, shrubs, and perennials planted by Gullo’s Professional Landscaping Services. Please keep in mind that plants are living objects and require varying degrees of care and maintenance, which is the customer’s responsibility following installation. When your project is completed, Gullo’s will provide you with general plant care guidelines to ensure their success.

  • Should any plant fail to survive, it will be replaced within 30 days of warranty inspection if in-stock. Items that not in-stock will be replaced as soon as they become available.
  • Warranty is valid for one replacement. Replacement plants are not warrantied.
  • Gullo’s Professional Landscaping reserves the right to substitute any plant under warranty where necessary.
  • Gullo’s Professional Landscaping and its marketing representatives retain the right to photograph the landscape work they have performed for the purpose of their company marketing materials, without remuneration or reimbursement to the client. No mention of name, address or otherwise personal information will be used in any publication of these photographs, and the photographs shall not be used for any purpose other than for Gullo’s Garden Center’s personal advertising materials.
