Delivery Policies

Fast, professional delivery to your home or job site.

To ensure a smooth delivery, please review our requirements and safety policies below.

Standard Hours: Monday through Saturday, 8am–5pm.
Peak Season Only: Sunday deliveries (9am–5pm) and evening deliveries are available during our peak spring and summer months.
Arrival Windows: While we strive for precision, we cannot guarantee exact times. Our drivers will call you directly if there is a significant delay.
No-Show Convenience: You do not need to be home to accept your delivery, provided the drop location is clearly marked.

Unpaved Surfaces: For the protection of your property and our equipment, drivers are not permitted to drive or dump on lawns or unpaved surfaces.
Property Disclaimer: Gullo’s Garden Center is not responsible for damage to driveways, parking lots, or underground utilities resulting from the weight of the truck or the placement of materials as instructed by the customer.
Claims: Any claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery and before material is spread or landscaped.

To ensure the safety of our drivers and the quality of your material, we cannot load multiple bulk items on a single truck.
